VIP Pass: must be at 7:00 p.m.
Opening of doors: at 8:00 p.m.
Previous show: at 8:30 p.m.
The main show and medieval dinner: at 9:00 p.m.

Tickets are removed the same day of the show, 1 hour before the start of the show (box office is open from 7:00 pm). The Show always starts punctually (9:30 p.m.). People who arrive late may enter if they wish. Reservations are kept until 9:00 p.m. The company may dispose of all those reserves that are not made effective.
